Jurgen Klopp declared himself, in his first ever Liverpool’s press conference as “The Normal One” in October of 2015.
Time flies by so quickly and it almost feels as if it happened yesterday.
Jurgen Klopp’s journey with Liverpool has been action packed full of emotions, passion, sadness yet with strong mentality and success.
He’s inspired us to never give up and keep working hard with belief in our own self.
To keep trying until you reach your goal, learn from every mistake and every failure along the way.
Jurgen Klopp is a normal human being just like us but special in his own way because of his work ethic and passion.

Jurgen Klopp’s kairotic ubeity..

Liverpool, one of the biggest football club in world and one of the two big clubs in England.
When you talk about big clubs your mind directly checks in to their honors and achievements.
The trophies being won not in the past but also in the present but with Liverpool it had become the stigma of chasing history and not winning anything like Liverpool of the old, a gigantic force of the old.
The continuous years and years of disappointments & heartaches during the old ownership, broken promises,  less capital investments followed by the new ownership which were completely new to this fold of this part of the world.
Their new ways to execute, learn and adapt was demanding more wait from the fans but it was becoming too much to bear to the point where the patience of the fans was already on the ropes, ageing, feeble, fading away.
Never was this ever seen and speculated by anyone that “The Liverpool Way” was on the hinges of collapsing.
The hopes & dreams, faiths & beliefs tarnishing as everything was starting to unravel, the atmosphere, the aura all-round the football club, the city and its supporters worldwide, was changing to sadness, frustration, anger and disbelief.

It was just then the kairotic moment struck, when this guy from Germany showed up; Jurgen Norbert Klopp.
Jurgen Klopp was announced as the new Liverpool F.C manager on October 8th, 2015.
He knew that this was going to be the biggest challenge of his life yet because it was not only about the stature or size of the club worldwide but it was also about fighting history along with high expectations.
Added pressure of winning trophies especially the premier league title, the drought of not winning has been going on for 30 years.

“If you want special results, you have to feel special things and do special things together. You can speak about spirit, or you can live it.”

“I have only one understanding of development and of making success, and that’s by going step by step.”

“I am a very emotional guy. What I love, I do with all I have.”

Those three quotes just simply define Jurgen Norbert Klopp but the most defining one rest embedded in the hearts and minds of every Liverpool supporter; “We Must Turn from Doubters to Believers.”
Those exact words, are the words said by him in his first interview to the Liverpool’s faithful.

Passion and Faith Reignited..at Liverpool

“The Normal One” isn’t so normal after all.
Pumping fists, pounding of the chest, high emotions, turning his back on penalties, wild celebrations, going berserk at players from the touchline for a mistake, cheeky clever interviews calling his footballing philosophy as heavy metal football and at times ending up swearing with a loud laughter.
This makes Jurgen Klopp who he is, the most passionate and charismatic manager in the world.
This is just a side of what Klopp really is, there’s much more deeper to this man than all from what I’ve mentioned.
A true people’s man, a master tactician with the ability to adapt, the ability of instilling his passion, charisma, belief, hard work and never giving up attitude merged with his footballing tactical philosophy makes it unique, his and his alone.
I prefer to call it as Heavy Metal Football with a Melodious Symphony.
Klopp is a man who prefers challenges and takes on projects that test him to his limits, a person with a clear conscience, a vision to reach his goal with securing, keeping his identity intact.
The teams he builds take time, a step by step process which leads to a squad that enthralls, what I call “the Klopp’s Ambrosia.”

The Liverpool Way

Liverpool was built on the foundation of all that what Klopp thrives for and lives with.
The foundation laid down for by the great Bill Shankly succeeded by Bob Paisley and then followed by Joe Fagan.
This is precisely why Jurgen Klopp & Liverpool was a match made in heaven.
He understood what Liverpool football club means and stands for, he grasped the essence of “The Liverpool Way”.
This why his vision was well defined and clear from day one and his first step was to bring back that old actual Liverpool feeling of “The Liverpool Way”, to connect with the people of the city and the club, see himself in them and them in himself.

An open flow of feelings and communication and letting them know that only together with unity can the turnaround be achieved because he knew that the driving force for his vision was the motivation from the supporters, the atmosphere needed to be positive, filled with belief and never giving up attitude.
Together as one like we knew what Liverpool was and has always been about.
The credit for this also hugely goes to the new owners in F.S.G, who were quick to learn from mistakes and adapt whilst understanding Liverpool.
They made the most defining call to appoint Jurgen Klopp as the new gaffer, which will definitely be one of the greatest calls in Liverpool’s history.

Jurgen Klopp’s Ambrosia..

Klopp’s feelings and message went across clearly and etched into the minds and hearts of the Liverpool’s faithful around the world.
They saw a man who was confident, humble, honest and straight-forward with positivism oozing from the way he spoke.
A man of putting words to action.
A respectable man with dignity and a fine character also stated by his previous employers and their fans who honor and love him to bits.

Jurgen Klopp brought a sense of renewed energy and purpose to Liverpool, he reignited what it means for the supporters to support their club and football as well.
From day one he delved & dived into the problems and started to work on it coordinating closely with the club directors.
He made sure the supporters understood that this journey won’t be easy but together it will be achievable.
He had already told the fans that he will need time and the results will be there for them to see and MY GOD they were actually there to be seen, starting off from his first game.
I’m not going to dive down into the tactical side of his philosophy & work but rather focus what he drove down back into the heart Liverpool and everyone associated with the club.

Klopp in his first season laid down his vision on the field for all to see and started to build a Liverpool side we had never seen in our current lifetime.
What unfolded later is for all of us to see today..
